GX25 Automatic Gas burner | Indsutrial Natural Gas Burners & LPG Burners

GX25 Automatic Gas burner | Indsutrial Natural Gas Burners & LPG Burners

Brand: Career | Origin: China | Lead Time: 45 Days

The Career GX25 is a compact, automatic industrial gas burner engineered for stable and controlled combustion using natural gas or LPG. Its monoblock design integrates forced-draft air supply, automatic ignition, flame detection, air and gas pressure monitoring, fuel-air regulation, and safety shutdown into one unit. With a stated output range of 290.7 kW (250,000 kcal/h), the GX25 high efficiency burner is suitable for boilers, hot water systems, industrial ovens, dryers, and food-processing equipment.

Product Features:

    • Compact all-in-one design with forced-draft air supply
    • Supports natural gas and LPG fuels
    • Flexible operation with single- or multi-stage flame modulation
    • Integrated automatic control with safety features including flame detection, air and gas pressure monitoring
    • Accurate fuel-air ratio control
    • Easy installation and maintenance

How Does the GX25 Automatic Gas Burner Work?

When the connected heating system sends a demand signal, the GX25 automatic gas burner begins a controlled start-up sequence. The burner first checks the required safety conditions and purges the combustion chamber with fresh air. It then opens the gas supply, activates ignition, and verifies the flame through the flame-detection system.During operation, the burner continuously monitors the flame, combustion air, and gas supply conditions. If flame failure or abnormal pressure is detected, the safety system closes the gas valves and stops the burner to prevent unburned gas from accumulating inside the equipment.

Which GX25 Configuration Do You Need, Natural Gas or LPG?

The GX25 high efficiency gas burner can be configured for either natural gas or LPG according to the fuel available at the installation site. Natural gas is commonly selected for facilities connected to a pipeline supply, while LPG is suitable for locations using storage tanks or a centralized LPG system. Because the two fuels have different supply pressures and combustion characteristics, the gas train, pressure settings, and fuel-air adjustment must be configured accordingly. Before ordering, please provide the required fuel type, gas composition, inlet pressure, heating load, and local power supply so that our engineers can prepare the correct burner configuration. The GX25 should not be switched directly between natural gas and LPG without the necessary adjustments and recommissioning by qualified personnel. Quote now!
